6.1 Scope of Events
Events may include, but are not limited to:

Ancillary activities such as coaching, theory sessions, and on-water or off-water practical sessions.
6.2 Acknowledgement of Risk
Participation in events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, equipment failure, environmental hazards, illness, and injury from other participants. Risks can result in serious injury, disability, or death.
6.3 Waiver & Release
All event participants must agree to and complete the relevant event waiver before taking part. Failure to do so will result in non-participation without refund.
6.4 Safety & Rules

Safety equipment requirements (e.g., CE-approved helmets and impact vests for water sports) must be met.

Participants must follow all event staff and coach instructions.

We reserve the right to remove participants for unsafe conduct or breach of rules without refund.
7. Event Ticket Sales – Food & Catering
