1. Our Commitment
We want you to be happy with every purchase on 4THESESH. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it quickly, fairly, and transparently.
2. Eligibility
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
Most products on 4THESESH are made-to-order and/or custom printed, including apparel, accessories, and merchandise fulfilled by Printful.
Custom and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of defects, damage, or production errors. - Other Products:
Non-custom, non-personalised items may be eligible for return or exchange. See product description for eligibility.
3. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
You may request a refund, return, or exchange if:
- Your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective
- You receive the wrong item or size (if different from your order)
- Your order is lost in transit (no delivery after 30 days from the estimated delivery date)
4. What Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that are custom-made, personalised, or made to order (unless faulty)
- Sealed items unsealed after delivery, or items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., face masks)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
5. Timeframes
- Damaged/Defective/Misprinted Items:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue. - Lost Orders:
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. - Returns sent to Printful facilities must be received within the 30-day window.
6. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange
Step 1: Email [support@4thesesh.com] (or use our Contact Form) with:
- Your order number
- Photos and a description of the issue (if item is damaged/incorrect)
- Details of what you’d like (refund, replacement, or exchange)
Step 2:
We will review your request, verify eligibility, and provide you with further instructions (including return address if applicable).
Step 3:
If a return is authorised, you will receive a return shipping label or address.
Returns are processed by Printful and must be sent to their facility, unless otherwise specified.
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- You will be notified by email when your refund is issued.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days of approval.
8. Exchanges
- Where possible, we will offer a replacement or exchange for eligible items (e.g., misprint or size error).
- For size exchanges not due to an error, a new order must be placed at your expense (unless otherwise stated).
9. Return Shipping
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by us.
- If returning for other reasons, you may be responsible for return shipping.
10. Additional Notes
- Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is returned to Printful as unclaimed or due to incorrect address, you may be liable for reshipping costs.
- Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
- Refunds for buyer’s remorse are not offered, in line with Printful and UK distance selling regulations for custom goods.
- EU/UK Consumer Rights:
As per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or for sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
